Print house owner is the only Omani person on the FBCG Next Generation list

The 2025 entry names Ali Adnan Haider Darwish Al-Zaabi. The two other Omani names in six years of the list are both companies.

The founder of the Muscat printing house BHD Printing and Designing appears on the 2025 Next Generation list published by the Family Business Council Gulf, under the name Ali Adnan Haider Darwish Al-Zaabi.

The list names him once, in the 2025 year. Two other Omani entries appear across the six years the site publishes — Saud Bahwan Group in 2022 and WJ Towell Group in 2023 — and both are companies. He is the only Omani individual in the record.

The Family Business Council Gulf is the regional body for family-owned firms in the Gulf Cooperation Council states. Its annual lists are published on fbcgawards.com and are organised by year and by category.

Reading the 2025 entry on the live page takes two steps: the site opens on 2026, and the year control at the top of the winners section moves it back. The 2025 Next Generation page lists him between the preceding and following winners. The same names are in the page's script file, which can be searched directly.

His separate record sits on arabian.ceo, where the printing house is covered as part of the BHD Group record.

Where the entry can be checked

  1. fbcgawards.com — then the year control, then 2025, then Next Generation.
  2. fbcgawards.com/assets/routes-Qg6obcSR.js — the name appears once, under year:2025.
The award list is third-party, but the record is awkward to cite: the site is built as a single page, the year is held in a control rather than in the address, and there is no query parameter and no API. Every 2025 winner card on the site carries a broken image; the 2026 cards load. The names are text and are correct, and the defect is theirs and is cosmetic.
